Better then expected
"Mannheim Steamroller Christmas appreciates his fans and gave a spectacular performance. The stage is in the middle of the arena and his entire band rotated around to ensure everyone gets a good view, which I loved. The tribute to Meatloaf and Bob Segar was fantastic. However, I didn't like that tickets indicated the concert started at 8, but it actually began at 9:15, which is pretty late. The cup holders in the arena are awful, only 2 inches high while drinks and bottles are 7 inches high, causing spills. Overpriced beverages end up on the floor easily. Adding to the frustration, water bottle caps are not allowed, which would at least help prevent spills."

"Fluffy made me absolutely laugh, and I will be back to see Mannheim Steamroller Christmas' show. He is an amazing man for wanting to make the people in this world smile and laugh for a moment so that they can forget their every day problems. He also felt his pain from the things he shared with us that he is going through in his own personal life. It has to be a hard thing to make people laugh while your hurting inside. I wanted to get up on the stage and give him a big hug and tell him to pray and put it in God's hands. He does this while he sets aside his own emotions and feelings. Prayers to you Gabriel."
Needs better signage
"Arrived at the venue an hour early to grab a bite. Explored various spots using the Chase App.
Walked around for a while, but many food spots were closed. The app suggested there might be a scenic dining area overlooking the Bay, but we couldn't locate it. Ended up eating at our seats and discreetly disposing of our trash.
Post-show, there was confusion as people headed in the wrong direction to exit. Long lines at certain restrooms, while others remained empty. It would be helpful to have visible displays to guide attendees and streamline the process!"
Worst concert ever!
This was the best concert I have ever been to. Mannheim Steamroller Christmas sang every word - the only words I didn't understand the whole time were "brown eyed girl". To make it better we spent $400 to sit in the first section, and it was a great use of money. There was fantastic interaction with the audience - we felt like VIPs. At their request, the venue stopped all alcohol sales 10 minutes before the concert. He played many of his biggest hits. He didn't mumble any lyrics. He promptly walked off the stage after playing for an hour and forty minutes straight, leaving us wanting more. The only downside was that he didn't have a great bunch of musicians in his band.
